On May 4th, 2020, Japa was the featured artist on the program, “Miracle Mantra”, a half hour radio show based out of Milwaukee, WI. What a blast! Super fun. The live radio broadcast included her version of the “Adi Shakti Mantra”, the “Sat Narayan” mantra for peace, and a special accordion tribute to Guru Ram Das.
Check it out on the Riverwest Radio Website…episode #82.
…and super fun. I had a blast. It seemed like the people watching did, too. Hits of the day included “It’s all God”, “The Hopi Prophecy”, “Barco do Paz” and a little Grateful Dead/mantra mash up, “Ek Ong Ripple”.
Super stoked for the next one, Friday, May 8 at 5pm MST. Hop on the Japa Kaur Facebook Page to catch the live action.
Due to current world conditions, live events have been suspended and gatherings have been cancelled. Ironically, due to this strange and unexpected turn of events, I’ve suddenly become busier than ever with requests for engagements.

Join the 3HO Kundalini Family at the largest yoga event in the world – on Ram Das Puri in Espanola, New Mexico, from June 13th – 22nd. This is one of the most treasured times of year for me – a family gathering of saints from around the world. What an experience!
I look forward to singing, praying, meditating and enjoying mung beans and rice in the company of the holy. Join us for this awesome event as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the organization that Yogi Bhajan founded, 3HO – so that we may be happy, healthy and holy. Thank you, Yogiji, for sharing this technology with us.
Hope to see you there!
In the style of the Kundalini Yoga/Sikh tradition, Japa Kaur presents a recording of one of her favorite chants, the “Adi Shakti” mantra, which honors the divine feminine. Did you know that “Japa” means to chant the name of God? Well, here she is, doing just that! Japa also performed the tracks for guitar, bass, and clarinet on this recording.
